By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product from Sugar Freedom Mama, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. About Sugar Freedom Mama
Sugar Freedom Mama provides educational content, digital courses, downloadable resources, community access, and written educational support related to clean eating, processed sugar, food labels, real-food habits, and general wellness education.
Sugar Freedom Mama is operated as a sole proprietorship in the United States.

2. Educational Purposes Only
All content provided by Sugar Freedom Mama is for general educational and informational purposes only.
The Sugar Freedom Mama Method and all related videos, downloads, community discussions, written responses, and resources are not medical advice, medical treatment, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or individualized health care.
Nothing provided through Sugar Freedom Mama is intended to replace advice from your physician, registered dietitian, licensed mental-health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider.
You are responsible for determining whether any information, food choice, eating practice, exercise, supplement, or lifestyle change is appropriate for you.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, or have concerns about your health, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary.
Sugar Freedom Mama does not guarantee weight loss, blood-sugar improvement, reduced cravings, improved energy, changes in body composition, or any other specific health or lifestyle result.
Examples, testimonials, personal stories, or educational illustrations are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome.
4. The Sugar Freedom Mama Method
The Sugar Freedom Mama Method is a digital educational program for women who want to reduce processed sugar, understand food labels, identify hidden ingredients in commonly marketed “healthy” foods, build practical real-food habits, and support healthier lifestyle choices.
Your purchase includes the content and benefits described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
For Founding Members, this currently includes:
- Start Here and Modules 1–3 available upon enrollment;
- the Clean Eating Reference Library and included downloadable resources;
- Modules 4 and 5 when released, at no additional charge;
- access to the private Founding Member Community while that community is offered and maintained; and
- 12 months of Ask Tatyana written educational support beginning on the date of purchase.
Ask Tatyana is written educational support related to the Method. It does not include private consultations, live coaching calls, medical care, medication advice, laboratory interpretation, diagnosis, or individualized nutrition therapy.
We aim to respond to Ask Tatyana submissions within 2 business days, although occasional delays may occur.
5. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, purchases of The Sugar Freedom Mama Method include ongoing access to the purchased course materials for as long as the program is offered and maintained by Sugar Freedom Mama.
“Lifetime access” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee that any particular technology platform will exist indefinitely.
We may update, reorganize, improve, replace, or discontinue portions of the program where reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove the core purchased program without reasonable cause.
6. Account Responsibility
You may be required to create an account to access purchased content.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login information;
- keeping your account secure; and
- notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your account and course access are for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to another person.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website and checkout page at the time of purchase.
The Sugar Freedom Mama Method is currently sold as a one-time purchase, unless a different payment arrangement is expressly shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and may include eligible payment methods such as credit or debit card, Link, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
If you choose a third-party installment or buy-now-pay-later service, your use of that service is also subject to the provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, fees, and repayment obligations.
Sugar Freedom Mama does not control approval decisions made by Klarna, Afterpay, Stripe, banks, or other payment providers.
8. Digital Delivery
Course access is generally provided electronically after successful payment and account creation.
Because the program contains digital content and downloadable materials that may be accessed immediately, you acknowledge that access may begin shortly after your purchase is completed.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your account.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because The Sugar Freedom Mama Method provides immediate access to digital course content and downloadable resources, sales are final once access is granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please review the program description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you purchased, contact Contact@sugarfreedommama.com so we can reasonably attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All original Sugar Freedom Mama materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
- course videos;
- scripts;
- slides;
- PDFs;
- worksheets;
- guides;
- checklists;
- graphics;
- written lessons;
- frameworks;
- branding;
- website copy;
- community materials; and
- other original educational content.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal educational purposes.
You may not, without written permission:
- copy or reproduce substantial portions of the program;
- share downloads or login credentials;
- upload materials to another website or platform;
- resell or redistribute materials;
- teach or sell the program as your own;
- create derivative commercial products substantially based on our proprietary materials; or
- record, scrape, archive, or systematically reproduce protected course content for redistribution.
11. Community Standards
If you participate in the Sugar Freedom Mama community or other interactive areas, you agree to communicate respectfully.

You may not use the community to solicit members for unrelated products or services without permission.

12. User Contributions
If you voluntarily post comments, questions, feedback, testimonials, or other content in community areas, you retain ownership of your original content.
You grant Sugar Freedom Mama a limited license to host, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the community and provide the service.
We will not use your personal story, image, or testimonial in marketing as an identifiable endorsement without appropriate permission.

Sugar Freedom Mama relies on third-party technology and service providers, including LearnWorlds, Stripe, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other software services.
We are not responsible for temporary outages, technical interruptions, security incidents, policy changes, or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
